Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like either the S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 3240.

Let me clarify. The stamp option designates the weight range the balance can support. A stamp option of 3240 designates a channel balance that can support a sash in the weight range of 23 through 28 pounds.
