Part is stamped 2740 then in small letters BH
then BSI.

which is the correct 2740 replacement? There seems be be a few different

Thanks for posting. 2740 is not an identifier. It just tells us the strength of the balance. Channel balances are identified by the attachments at both ends. It looks like your top attachment has 'wings', or side tabs, but the bottom attachment does not. Is that true? If so, this is an S395-28. For a stamp option choose 2740.
