Channel balance stamped 2290 bsi tg 24

Question

My channel balance broke and I found all the info on your web site except for the number stamped on the side.
It is a 23" series 350 channel balance with a 2290 bsi tg 24 stamped on the side so I do not know wich spring tension to order.

I'm afraid the stamp you have, "2290," uses an old number rating that has fallen out of use. The good news is, one of the standard options for the S350-23 may still work, but you will have to weigh your sash and refer to the chart on the S350-23 store page to confirm which is best.
