Channel balance

Thank you so much no other markings other than shown in attached photos, the measurements: casing is 27" width is 1/2" hardware plastic pieces on both ends attached. Appreciate your help in locating replacements. In need ASAP before holidays two windows down but would like to order a supply in case it's time for other to break. Look forward to hearing from you.
