Channel balance

Question

I need a couple new block and tackle channel balances.  Not up on my window lingo, but the windows tilt in to be removed and both the upper and lower windows move up and down.  The balance is 28 inches long and is stamped 2730 BF.  The pivot bar for the window also has a 2369 stamped on it.
