"25 9" is a stamp that indicates the length and strength of the balance. The "25" number usually means there is 25" of visible glass height in the window, which (through some kind of calculation that I don't fully understand) corresponds to a 26" metal channel and a 26" balance. The "9" number usually means you need a somewhat strong spring, but it doesn't tell us exactly which one. You'll need to remove and weigh your window sash to pick a weight option for the spring. In our system, it will be something like "2510" "2520" or etc.

Thank you for getting back to us. I'm glad you sent a picture of the shoe. This is a special kind of balance that will need to be custom made. Before we can begin, I need to see a picture of the metal clip that was at the end of the cord. I will also need to know how many you need. Once I have this information, I will email you a custom order link and price quote.
