the metal bar is 21 inches, the stamp says 2030 B.S.I PK on it (its in a picture). I have already taken the balances off and just need the proper ones to put on. please ask for any more info you might need.

Hi there!
What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. However, the metal channel should measure 20-7/8" long. Can you double-check and confirm that for us? How many balances are you looking to purchase?

you are right it is 20-7/8'' long. I would need 2 of them for my current window but could you send me the exact info ,and the cost, of the balance this is so in the future i can just send you guys the right info.
