Channel balance Identification

Need help identifying my 1/2" by 28" channel balance stamped "27C USB" for a non-tilting window.

Thanks for posting! This is a strange looking balance. I think it might be our S390-28 with a 2730 stamp option, but you should confirm that the nylon attachments work.
The S390-28 comes with our 19-001 and 15-001 pre-attached. It's the 15-001 that I'm concerned about. Measure your shoe and confirm that it matches the 15-001. If so, then I think our S390-28 is a good choice. 71
