Channel balance & window sash

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window to identify a replacement. If there is any other hardware you need to replace, we will need to see photos of those parts removed form the window as well. Thank you!
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also 3240 spring strength options for your replacement balances
As for your top sash guides, we've related a few to get you started but we can't say what could work for you without knowing the dimensions of your guide to compare to ours.
