Channel balance arm

I think we can help, but your picture only shows the bottom shoe. Plus the tape measurer is actually obscuring part of it. Can you show me a clear picture of the shoe without the tape measurer? Can you also show me the top attachment on the other end of the balance? Finally, please tell me how many of these you need. A 12-1/2" long balance will need to be custom made.
