Channel balance assistance

We offer two balances that my work in place of your balance. Take a look at both our Series 380 and Series 385. These look identical with the exception of the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the Series 380 measures 1" and for the Series 385 it's 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe to determine which balance would best. Once you have identified the replacement balance, you will need the stamping/marking on your balance to choose the most appropriate option. If your balance does not have any stampings on it, then you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer back to the sash weight chart to decide on the most appropriate option.
