Hi there!
It looks like you have either our S351-16, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-16, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a spring strength option of 1520.

Hi the shoe length is 1and,1/16 inches. Should I get the 1in or the 1 1/8 inch shoe?

Your bottom shoe was most likely worn down and was 1-1/8" at one point. In that case, I would say you'll need the S390-16.
