Channel balance broken

I'm a senior citizen woman living alone. Not sure how to determine the replacement parts needed.

We'd be happy to help but the spring and pulley shown in your photos are part of a channel balance assembly. We would need to see an intact balance removed from the other side or an identical window in the house to narrow down your options. Please make sure to include both ends, the pulled clip, and any numbers stamped on the balances. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you.
