Channel balance choice

A quick learner from Staten island, NY says:

Hi. My channel balance is 19inches excluding the top and bottom plastic pieces. My window doesn't tilt, it does however open up and down as well as IN to the house. It's a sunroom window. The plastic pin and hinge are all busted as well. Can you tell me which channel to buy ? And can you supply these plastic hinges with pin ?

Hello! We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is a very particular design meant to accommodate your swing-out hinge window, so none of our stock options can supply it.

The two balances in your window should actually be different. One side will have the 19-008 top and 15-025 nylon fittings and a particular stamp, while the other side has just the 19-008 top fitting, no bottom, and a different stamp. Can you confirm that for me? Can you also tell me what those stamps are, and which one goes to what balance? Lastly, how many of each side did you need?

As for the hinge, that would be our 15-069.
