Channel balance component

Question

I am looking for a component of the channel balance system to go with the S385-21 parts i just ordered. This part screws into the window near the top of the channel. Is it called the top sash guide? Can you recommend a good replacement for it please?

Hey there. Yes, this is called a Top Sash Guide. Yours looks like an 18-008 to me. Please compare to confirm.
