We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Thanks to your helpful pictures, we have everything we need to get started. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.
What information do you need from the other lifters I need to replace? Can I just send you the ones that need to be replaced? Then you you send me the new ones and old ones back?
I know you guys know what you are doing, but I would feel more comfortable if you had the broken ones in hand to ensure the new replacements would be the same.

Thanks for getting back to us! Samples aren't necessary. You can send them to us if you wish, but keep in mind we aren't able to return samples once we have them. That said, holding them in my hand won't tell me anything that your pictures haven't already. I feel very confident I've identified these correctly. These are pretty unique and there isn't a lot of wiggle room for alternative options.
As for what information we need for the other windows, you would need to confirm that the nylon fittings and the hook at the end of the cord are the same as what you showed me in your first post. If they differ in any way, we'll need photos exactly like how you posted originally, but this time for each differing balance. We need to see the top fitting, bottom fitting, hook, and stamp.
We will also need you to tell me the quantity for each balance in question.
