Channel balance for Alpine Window

Hi: We can't tell if we need an S 380 or an S 385 channel balance. It is hard to measure the shoe, so we attached some pictures. Markings on the part are 32-3 BA CMC 7. Photos attached. Thank you.

Greetings from SWISCO. In looking at your photos and seeing your ruler alongside your bottom balance shoe, it points me to the S380-33. Look it over to confirm your measurements match up with ours. If so, then you would go with the 3230 option.
