Channel balance for Jordan windows

Question

Hello
The metal part of my channel balance is 28 and 3/4" - would I need the 29"? The markings are "28 3" and the shoe is 1 and 1/8". I was looking at the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2830. The 2nd balance is 16" with 15 2 markings also with a 1 and 1/8 shoe. Would the 16" Series 390 Channel Balance 1520 be the best match?

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It's odd it would end on the 3/4". Based on your stamp, it should be 29" long.

Assuming the nylon caps on the second balance are identical to those that come with the Series 390 then the S390-16 would be a good choice.
