Channel balance for Kindro windows

The small plastic piece is I believe a top sash guide. This one is from the good side and the other side was broken. The channel balance's have the following numbers on them. 26-3 HM5 CMC 47. The metal on the balance measures 27" and with the plastic it measures 28". The balances are 5/8' wide.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
