Channel balance for Milgard window

It's 1/2 inch and the metal piece is 27 inches. Can't figure out which part of yours to order? The numbers on the side show 26 2 EW CMC 4
Don't think there is left or right, but need right if so.

Hello! This appears to be S385-27. Just verify that you have the shoe shown below, and let me know if the depth doesn't measure 1-3/32". "26 2" is an old code that turned into "2620" in our system.
