A quick learner from San Jose says:
I have non-tilting milgard window that needs new channel balancer. According to the tag on the window, I have mfgr: mil-027-4 series: 1510-S mst: 4-0 x 6-0 mvt: 47" x 36" when I took out the balancer, it shows 32 4 HQ CALDWELL stamped on it. can you please let me know which channel balancer I should order? Thanks.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

It looks like you have either our series 380-33 or our series 385-33 channel balance. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated. If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here you should be able to determine which one you need. Once you have determined the series of balance you have, you'll want to select spring strength option 3240.
