Metal channel balance bracket is 29 inches long X 1/2"-9/16th wide/width. One photo is showing the markings on the Channel balance unit

Hello there!

This looks like our S395-29 channel balance with the 2830 spring strength option. This is commonly used on PGT brand windows.

As for the top sash guide, see if the specifications of the 18-015 match up with what you need.

Hello Emily, Thank you for finding the correct parts, I will be ordering 8 pieces each and was wonder if you knew which corresponding lower bracket IS at the bottom of the window? Sorry, I don't have a photo. Thank you in advance. Efren

Hmm, I'm afraid I'm not sure what lower bracket you're referring to. I know you said you didn't have a photo of the part but that's the only way we can help, unfortunately.
