Channel balance for PGT window

A home owner from Altamonte Springs says:
1/2'" channel balance for PGT window. Need both left and right. Looks like 19-005 on top and either 15-0001 or 15-002 on bottom. 29DS 1/2c 37 marked on back.

We can custom make this balance for you, but we need more information. First, I'll need to figure out what that bottom shoe is. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.

Next, can you remove the sash from the window and place it on a scale? I need to know its weight so that we can choose the appropriate spring strength.

Finally, please tell me the length of the metal channel. Do not include the nylon attachments in your measurements.
A quick learner from Altamonte Springs says:
The bottom shoe is 1 1/8", so I guess it would be the 15-001. It is 30" long. I do not have a scale to weigh it on...

Since this balance will have to be custom made, it is very important that we know a precise weight for the window sash. These are delicate systems, and if the spring is too strong or too weak then it will not work properly. In some cases, it could even damage your window!
