Thanks for writing in! Your window balance can be replaced with the S395-29. This balance has a 1-1/8" shoe depth, but this fairly close to what you've confirm. That said, I am certain this is the replacement you'll need.

You can most likely use the 2830 stamp option but it is advised to double check that your sash weight falls between 16 to 23lbs.
