Channel balance for non-tilt window

Question

I need replace ment balances .  They are 24" long, 1/2 in.wide.  The markings are not great ( see pic), but say Caldwell and what looks like 23 2?  D

Thanks for your post! This window balance can be replaced with either the S380-24 or the S385-24. You'll need to measurement the depth of the bottom shoe to confirm the correct series.

Your 23 2 stamp can likely be replaced with our 2320 stamp. Although, you may want to double check that the sash weight falls between 9 to 15lbs.
