Channel balance for wood window

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an undamaged balance fully removed from the window, including both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord, to compare to our inventory. If there is no stamp code on the metal channel, we would also need to know the exact weight of the window sash to determine the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
