Channel balance, glazing, and top sash guide

need assistance with balances found matching top piece can not match bottom, need sash guide can not find match can I send pictures with demensions for you to provide match I also know window manufaturer and model

i also need a top sash guide and glazing

Thanks for posting! For the glazing, please take a look at our 55-062 Keller snap-in and compare it to your own sample. Does it match?

As for the top sash guide, we are currently researching possible replacements. We will let you know as soon as we have more information.

Finally, for your channel balance, can you please let me know what the length of your metal channel is? Make sure no to include the plastic attachments in your measurements. Please also let me know what number is stamped or printed on your metal channel. Thank you.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. For the channel balance, please take a look at our S380-27 with a 2650 stamp option and see if you think it will work.

As for the top sash guide, we are bringing in a new part for you! However, it is not yet online. We will post in this thread again as soon as we have more information available.
