Channel balance help

Question

I have two windows in a home I recently purchased, that I had to lube to get open. I popped the clips out to raise the windows and they bent severely to become flat again. One window I was able to remove the sash and a hollow casing, of what I think was the balance channel was stuck in the window. It does not have 4 numeral ID (see pic) or plastic ends. The other window, I can't remove but a broken string is clearly visible. Any recommendations?

We should be able to recommend a replacement balance but we'll need to see a picture of the entire balance removed from the window, including the top and bottom nylon attachments. Thank you!
