Channel balance help

Question

Hi - I found a part that is close to what I need but not exact. The part I'm having issues matching is the the bottom. The plastic pieces on my channels are more squared off than angles like what I see on your website (looking at S351-28). Can you provide guidance?

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 26-5/8" which is what makes it custom.

Please note, the replacements we'll be sending you will have winged bottom fittings but this won't affect the function. I just wanted to give you a heads up so you aren't surprised when you open the box.
