Channel balance help

Channel balance has stamp: 15B BSI TK. Included pics but on bottom of balance the plastic part broke off. Please help id and source if you can. Window is tilt style.

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need but to confirm this, with certainty, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance. The plastic part of the balance is also an important detail in identifying the balances you need.
