Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balances can be replaced with the S378-24, S380-24, or S385-24. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll likely need the 2350 stamp option but be sure to double check that your sash weight falls between 23 to 27lbs.
