Channel balance identification

Hello
I think what I am looking for is a 1/2" "Side-load Channel Balance Sash Support System (also known as a block and tackle balance) for non-tilt windows". I have located your page of options but can't figure out which one I need to order from you.
Could you help me determine which one I should get?
