Channel balance identification and order

Question

Hi I’ve got a Millgard vinyl window and the channel balance and shoes are needing replacement. I’ve attached some pictures to help identify it. Thanks
I have a caliper and measured the thickness of the shoe and it is either 1/2” or 9/16” (caliper measures in between).

We should be able to supply this balance, but it may need to be a custom order. Before we go any further, can you kindly show me a photo of the whole in the track where that hook installs? Can you also tell me how many you needed?
