Channel balance identifier

I need to find a replacement channel balance for a small window. The part is 11" in length and is stamped with 1020.

Thanks again for your patience in this matter. We believe we can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its length. What's more is that your shoe looks like it might be on the small side. Would you be able to tell me its depth?

For an example of what I mean, look at our 15-001. The dimension I need is labelled here as 1-1/8". If you can give me that same dimension, we will be able to confirm exactly what type this is.

Can you also tell me how many you need?
