This looks a little different than what I see on your website. Can you get it for me?

I'm not sure if this is something we can supply. That top nylon fitting is a bit of a weird one. Please give us a little more time to look into it and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Thanks for waiting! I think I can help with this one. It looks like you have an old Jones window. We can help with this but it has to be a custom order.

I'd like more information on how this balance is assembled, though. I know the balance top is our 19-039, but we need the depth of the bottom balance shoe in order to pick out the right  match. The depth in this case is the "heel to toe" measurement, assuming the balance is standing straight up as it is while installed. It should be either 1" or 1-1/8".

Can you also tell me the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? Finally, how many did you need?

Once we have this information, we can work from there.
