Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-048, while the balance is a certain type that will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you confirm what the stamps in your photo read? I can't quite make them out. If they are different, can you confirm how many of each you need?

All 12 are the same with the markings being4330. There are two balances per side. That would make 4 per dash.
