Before we can recommend a replacement channel balance, may we have you provide us with another photos showing the opposite side of the balance showing the other nylon fitting? From there, I am confident we can find what you need.

Thank you for replying back with photos. It appears you may have a balance that looks close to both our S380-17 and S385-17. These look identical, however, each balance's bottom shoe has different measurements. The Series 380 includes a 1" depth bottom balance shoe. For the Series 385, it holds a 1-3/32" bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which balance would make the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 1630 option.
