Hi I'm trying to find replacement for my window channel balance . On mine is stamped the next numbers : 26-4 FK5 CMC 43 , and is 27 inch long . Is it compatible with yours : 27" Series 380 Channel Balance S380-27 option: 2630 Thanks . Mike (Image # 1273 has the part numbers on it )

Hello,
To determine the correct Series, check the depth of the bottom nylon attachment. If it is 1", then go with S380-27. If it is 1-3/32", then you'll need our S385-27. For the spring weight based on the stamp 26-4, go with 2640 to support a sash weighing between 19-26 lbs. Thank you!
