Channel balance, non tilt, 16" long, no wings

Hi! Even that the picture shows stamp 15 10 I am afraid that the information is wrong. Bought balances that size, but they didn't hold the sash. Bought the bigger size for 13-16 Lbs. Didn't hold it either. As you can see in the picture the original one has two springs instead of one. The weight of my sash is 24 Lbs. Do you guys offer something like that? Thanks for your time!
