Channel balance not catching

I Purchased some channel balances from you recently. They seem to be identical to what I had in my windows. After trying to install the window it appears that the window is not catching the new balance at the bottom. The window has a gap as youWe'll see in the last couple pictures that I sent. If you check my email records you will see that I did send you pictures of what I had and you made your recommendations. Is it possible that we may need to change the plastic bottom pieces in order to make it easier for the window to catch please tell me what you think?

Tom, the balances I received are fine I think.
What I'm looking for is a solution. I think my windows have somehow widened at the bottom.
See pic. Both balances won't connect because the window spreads out at the bottom. So there is too much gap for the balance to catch

Yes, I believe you have identified the problem. Part of the guides has broken off.
I will remove a good one and order more. Thanks for the help.
