Channel balance order

A home owner from Fort Myers florida says:
I need channel balances for 3 of my windows was using the website and did ok up until the feet on each side of the balance was hoping you guys could steer me in the right direction. I'll need 6 channel balances for the 3 windows and the windows down are all same size. They are starting.ped bsi with 2950 stamped

This potentially looks like an S380-30 to me, with a stamp option of 2950. However, I want you to confirm the depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 shoe, which is 1" deep. It's possible your balance's shoe might be 7/8", in which case you'd need custom balances built with the 15-029 7/8" deep shoe attached. We'd be happy to do this if needed, just let me know.
