Channel balance part

Question

Trying to find the replacement for my window channel balance.
The channel balance says 14 4 CS Caldwell - 20 years old.
It is for dual hung bathroom window.
The sash size is around 18x21 inch.
The measurement of your channel balance 380 series half inch of length 15 inch matches.

What should be the stamp size that I should order.

Hi there- thanks for posting!

If you have our Series 380 channel balance, you'll need to select the 15" in that balance and the 1440 stamp option, which correlates with a sash weight of 12-13 lbs. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach back out to us!
