Hello, I wish to inquire on which part to purchase:
- Channel balance is 30 inches long
- Only stamping on the rail is "29C USB"
- Window itself is 25 pounds in weight
- Attached photos
- I can take more photos if necessary.

Hi, Michael. Based on your photos, I believe you have either an S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure yours to confirm the better option.
As for the stamp, with a sash weight of 25 pounds I would recommend the 2940 option.
