Channel balance replacement

I would like to verify which window balance I need to order The only number I see is 2420 The balance is 25 inches long.

Hi there,

Based on your photos, it looks like you need our S390-25 channel balance with the bottom balance shoe depth as 1-1/8". Please compare. The spring weight would be our 2420 option. Thank you!
