I need 29inch but do not know which option to pick? The only number stamp i can see on my broken one is ?28B USB?

A stamp of 28B usually corresponds to our 2820 option. You can also weigh your sash if you want to be 110% sure. We have a chart on the S385-29 store page that tells you how much weight each option supports.
