Channel balance replacement

I need a replacement 27" Channel balance, measurement without plastic sends. "26DS 33" "BSI" is stamped on the bottom.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out. This is a good start, but in order to fully identify your balances, we'll need to see it removed from the window. In particular, we'll need to see the plastic attachments at the top and bottom. Thanks!

It looks like you have either a Series 380 or a Series 385 channel balance.

The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe.

Comparison of the S378, S380 and S385 balance shoes.

The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.

If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.

If that is the case, you will need a 27 inch series 385 channel balance with a 2640 stamp option.

Will that include the top plastic part and the correct shoe?

Hi Robb, the S385-27 will include the top 19-005 and the bottom 15-004 attached.
