Hi,
I have broken balancers on some vinyl windows. I have included photos including the markings on the metal.
The metal part is 30 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
Do you sell replacements for my non tilt windows. I watched a Milgard dyi balancer instal and it looked just like mine.

Thank you for writing in, Doug. Please take a look at both our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances is the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2940 option that supports a sash weight of 23-28 pounds.
