Based on your photo, it looks like you have either the Series 380 or Series 385 depending on the size of the bottom shoe. Look them over and see what you think.

I'm also told by our customer service representative that you have plantation shutters which prevent you from removing the window. Could you show me a picture of what you're talking about? That may help us come up with a solution.
