30 inch balance There are no markings on this part. The window measure 50" across.

This may be Series 351 or Series 390. If your top matches the 19-002 and the bottom shoe matches the 15-002, then you can use the Series 351. If your shoe is the same shape as 15-002, but measures 1-1/8", like the 15-001, then you have Series 390. If the shape is totally different, let me know and send some photos of the end pieces, viewed from the front instead of the side.
Then measure your metal to confirm the 30" length, and weigh your window sash. On the balance webpage is a chart that relates the weight of the window to the "stamp option."
