Hi I am looking to replace two of the channel balances for a window in our kitchen. The identifying marks are in the attached photo. I wasn't exactly sure what the numbers represented but I hoping you can help me out with the replacement size needed.

The number indicates the strength of the spring, but is otherwise not used for identification. In order to identify the proper replacement for your balance, I'll need a clear picture of the top nylon attachment, a clear picture of the bottom nylon attachment, and a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord.
